Claire Morley, MBA
Founder & Director
Claire is a recognised leader in strategic workforce design, learning, and organisational development. With two decades of experience spanning education, industry, and public policy, she has built a career focused on helping organisations create future ready workforces that deliver capability, resilience, and growth.
She has led major transformation programmes that address critical skills shortages, designed national and regional workforce strategies, and secured significant external investment to deliver large scale impact. Her expertise spans apprenticeships and employer led learning from Level 2 to Level 7, workforce strategy and policy alignment, leadership and succession planning, and the creation of talent pipelines that strengthen organisational performance.
Claire has successfully led external inspections and audits including Ofsted, ESFA, and the Office for Students, and has extensive experience in governance, assurance, and commercialisation. She works with employers, combined authorities, and national bodies to align funding, policy, and workforce priorities to create measurable and sustained outcomes.

Neil Morley
Creative Partner
Neil is a graphic designer and illustrator with 20 years of experience delivering creative solutions for a wide range of organisations. He has led design functions, worked with commercial brands, and developed business-to-business communications that combine strong visual identity with clear and purposeful messaging. His expertise spans branding, visual identity, illustration, and concept design, with a particular strength in translating strategy into visuals that people can immediately understand and connect with.
At NorthPath, Neil leads the creative dimension of projects. He designs visuals that bring workforce strategies to life, produces bespoke illustrations that help clients imagine new futures, and ensures that every piece of communication is clear, compelling, and accessible. His work enables strategies to be not only designed but also understood, adopted, and embedded at every level of an organisation.
Neil is passionate about the power of design and storytelling to make ideas resonate. He believes that successful strategies depend on communication that inspires confidence, builds understanding, and engages the people who will deliver them.
